PLANNING/COORDINATION PACKAGE

  • Provides vendor referrals and negotiates contracts; schedules and attends all vendor meetings.
  • Creates detailed timelines and floor plans.
  • Helps determine and manage your budget.
  • Attends site tours and menu tastings.
  • Brainstorms style ideas and coordinates design details.
  • Coordinates hotel room blocks and transportation.
  • Manages the rehearsal.
  • pre-wedding coordination / scheduling / floor plan
  • Oversees everything on the wedding day (makes sure everyone adheres to the timeline, handles snafus, manages vendors, and executes your vision on-site).
  • The planner may also offer consultative advice and help with the budget, as needed

  • Participates in all event tasks.
  • Maintains contact with all vendors during the planning period .
  • Acts as a liaison between the bride and groom and the various wedding participants.

HYBRID PACKAGE

  • This package will include a small part of planning and some coordination.
  • Draft list of core vendors & venues best suited for the clients needs.
  • Advise on Vendor Selection but not be involved in any creative or designing decisions.
  • Help establishing the initial contact with vendors but will not be involved in any contract talks or negotiations.
  • Our team will not be in attendance for any vendor meetings.
